Approved third-party systems (for example POS, order-taking, or ERP platforms) that complete onboarding with CoDeliver.
How do we start onboarding?
Submit the partner registration form. Our team follows up to confirm scope, stores, and rollout plan.
How do we receive credentials?
Credentials (shared secret and mapping values like group / store_id)
are shared privately after partner verification.
Is there sandbox access?
Initial testing is coordinated during onboarding. Available environments and test data are agreed with the integration team based on your use case.
How should we handle retries and duplicates?
Keep request_id stable per order to support safe retries and avoid duplicate requests.
Use your own vendor_reference_id for cross-system traceability.
